The manufacturer issues the EU DoC. Responsibility depends on your role as an economic operator: Manufacturer, Importer, Distributor, Final Distributor or Retailer, Fulfilment Service Provider, or Supplier.
The EU DoC covers compliance with Articles 5 to 12 of PPWR, as well as Articles 24 and 26. The conformity assessment procedure is set out in Annex VII, Module A.
